If you only want to inform yourself about the prices and free dates, click here.
The costs for the games are 32 Euro per person (minimum amount of 160€ – price for 5 players).
-
If your team size changes, it’s no problem. We will then adjust the price on site. Please keep in mind, however, that the price will not be further reduced if the number of participants per room falls below a certain number. You can see the prices below. The difference to your booked price can then be paid on site or you will receive a voucher for the corresponding amount if you have already paid online.
-
Please be with us 10 minutes before your booked date. So if your slot starts e.g. at 5:30, please come on board at 5:20. You will then have plenty of time to lock up your things and collect yourself. All groups will get an introduction before the game. That way, we can make it possible for every group to start without much delay. The game itself takes about 60 minutes.

A free cancellation or rescheduling is usually not possible
Please contact us anyway and we will see what we can do. -
All our rooms have different themes and therefore different equipment. Each room also has its own puzzles. Once you have played a room, new challenges await you in the next one. Despite all the differences, the difficulty level of the rooms is roughly comparable. All of them can be solved in an hour if you work together as a team.
-
We don’t want to reveal too much, but: A room full of puzzles is your gaming environment for 60 minutes. You’ll have to solve puzzles, find hiding places, crack codes, combine items and defuse traps to complete your task.
In summary, the live escape game Hidden in Hamburg offers you an hour full of excitement, secrets, puzzle fun and success!

We have already had many guests who played with claustrophobia. Afterwards everyone was thrilled, nobody had any problems yet. Our game masters can let you out of the room at any time. In our rooms the door through which you come in is never locked, so you can exit at any time. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us. Together we will find a solution.
